Q: Can I customize the products shown on your website?

Q: How much does a sample cost, and how long does it take to make?

A: For standard designs (under 70cm, basic soft/plush materials), samples cost $100–$300. If your design includes electronics or special accessories, we'll quote an exact price.
Turnaround: ~5–8 business days for a first sample; each revision takes 3–5 business days.

Q: Is the sample fee refundable?

A: For long-term partners, we waive sample costs. For first-time clients: if your final order hits 3,000+ units and the sample fee was $300 or less, we'll refund the full sample cost.

Q: What payment terms do you accept?

A: Standard terms: 30% T/T deposit after order confirmation, with the balance paid in full before shipping (or after 100% production inspection). For small orders, we require full payment upfront or a 50% deposit.
